Life saver, I could save all my text messages as PDF on my PC and printed all important text messages

I could see complete group chat conversation of my friends in PDF and share it with all my friends

I am not a tech savy, but I could follow the video tutorial in the support website and print my text messages

Not only this app is amazing but the customer service also excellent,I got a prompt reponse to my query through app support

Little help from vendor except to say possible with filters? Still took money! My opinion apple should pull this with it saying good for windows PC. Apple please check it out yourself!!!

Total piece of crap. Does not work as advertised. I do not have a back up password and the software demand it. Crap. Wish I could rate its than 1 star

I downloaded this and followed the directions via the App support. Was able to save a Pdf to my laptop and Iam so thankful. Iam a very sentimental person so Iam glad I was able to do this and save the messages from friends,while freeing up phone space.

I have never got this app to successfully export messages. It either freezes or crashes every time. I emailed support about a week ago and havent received any response.

Ridiculously cumbersome to use. Requires third party app as well as iTunes backup in unencrypted mode.. Unfortunately iTunes wont allow unencrypted backups.. So its useless Glowing fake reviews are obviously shills .. Dont spend your money on this

Complete ripoff. App does not work. Crashes every time. Not user friendly. Terrible support.

Doesnt work at all. Followed the instructions, crashes when I try to connect to my mac to export. 99% sure the positive reviews here are fake. Waste of money, stay away.

This APP is too useful for me.I can put the important massages backup to my computer, I can also see massages I saved on the computer, it is very convenient, very good!

This app is complete trash. It doesnt work. Oh I was able to follow the instructions and set up my computer correctly it says its downloading the data and the crashes. Wont export the files. Utter waste of money.

Nothing like all the positive reviews said. Upon opening the app, I was given lengthy instructions on how to download a separate program onto my PC (Windows 8). Hesitantly, I continued and the resulting download in fact included spyware. Aside from that issue, I finished the whole setup process and it seemed to connect my device to my computer, but then immediately terminated with no Excel file anywhere to be found. Tried to get it to work with no luck. Take care when considering purchase of this app.

Has simple enough instructions when loading the app but itll take you a minute before youre finally backing up all your important messages. Ive been needing an app like this for a while and this one delivers beautifully. Straight to the point with nothing fancy, just does what its meant to do. Backup messages and thats all I need.

The instructions are clear and conveniently show up once you open the app. Once you have the directions down it was easy to connect it to your computer and start saving messages. It works well and gives me peace of mind knowing that all of them are saved.

This app doesnt work even a little bit. When i tried to backup, it just showed me a loading screen for a while and crashed. Tried again, same results over and over. One of the error messages even had spelling mistakes…something seems fishy.

Spent over 4hrs on it. Triple checked username, password, IP, computer name, firewall and remote access settings. Export is a no-go. Waste of time and money. Emailed support a couple hours ago will see how they respond. But Im already tired of it.
